Ingredients
- 1 cup ice water
- 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp sugar
- Mustard seed
- Dill
Preparation
- Slice cucumbers into coins or thick spears.
- Pack into jars with mustard seed and dill.
- Combine ice water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Do NOT warm — keep cold.
- Pour cold brine over cold cucumbers.
- Seal and move straight to the fridge.
